Leah entered the insurance and benefits industry in 1998 and brings decades of experience and leadership to the organization. In 2006, she and a business partner bought an agency and formed a new company. In 2018, she established the company in its current form. Throughout her career, Leah has been committed to building lasting client relationships grounded in integrity, expertise, and personalized service. While now mostly retired from the day to day operations having turned those over to her son Robert, she remains actively involved in guiding the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth.
